Don’t laugh! Scope 4 and windows 10. 32 bit issues
Trying to install Scope 4.0 on windows 10 32 bit!
I installed the driver manually as was directed by the installer rebooted and can see the card is installed without issues, but after trying the installer again it is not recognizing the card being installed. Even activated the bcdedit function.
Any pointers?

Driver wouldn't be related to seeing the card, it just would show up as an unknown device if it's not recognizing it. Do you see that?
Re: Don’t laugh! Scope 4 and windows 10. 32 bit issues
The card shows in the device manager as working correctly. I just can’t get the scope software to install, it’s stuck at install driver and only prompts the text file for doing the manual driver.
Thought there was a way to bypass the check.

Re: Don’t laugh! Scope 4 and windows 10. 32 bit issues
Ok I understand. I think 5.1 is better, and V7 is ideal, but will await Gary’s response.
Re: Don’t laugh! Scope 4 and windows 10. 32 bit issues
Thanks. I had 5.1 on a previous card, really wanted to check to ensure this card was working as is. Hate to buy v7 for a non working card.
Re: Don’t laugh! Scope 4 and windows 10. 32 bit issues
May be best to try and get XP installed.

I believe demo keys can requested for testing

New context in your other thread, here was my response: viewtopic.php?p=351380#p351380
Demo keys are indeed available, and would be the best way to start troubleshooting this issue. I'm sure support will be sympathetic

write to support.
Re: Don’t laugh! Scope 4 and windows 10. 32 bit issues
Tried v7. Won’t waste supports time, same error message as the XP machine, card appears bad, will get more cards when I can. Good thing is I have a hardware sampler now so I’m looking forward to just the mixers, effects, and synths only and they all should compliment my hardware setup just fine.
I’m Sad but Excited about Scope again!

There's repair options available, and you can peruse our for sale forums frequently. S|C will be back in action and I'm sure they will have new products as soon as they possibly can!
Re: Don’t laugh! Scope 4 and windows 10. 32 bit issues
Most certainly, have already inquired a few folks on available cards. And also have the repair forum page bookmarked for when the time comes. Thanks again all

One question though, what is the power draw in watts for 1 “Pulsar 2” card, if anyone knows?
Been using an old 240watt power supply cobbled from an old computer.
