i have scope+pulsar 2 on windows 10. usually i don't have any problems and nothing have changed in my configuration.

Tomorrow i will try to remove and re-insert the boards

perhaps the reinstall will help.

PCI era cards are entering the window where heating/cooling cycles will affect solder and Surface mount components, while cards that are left off for long periods of time are in danger of drying out caps.
