Can't load wave files

Hi,

when i tried to load wave files into
sts 3000 it is failed.

You're going to need to be a bit more specific !

Have you ever been able to load them ?

The way it should be possible is:

get the program (multi-sample) you want to load the wav file into. Go to key-group tab, and right-click to creat a new group. In this screen, go to the zones tab. Then you should be able to drag-and-drop wav files into the zone (usually 1).

If this is what you are doing and it doesn't work, something is clearly wrong . . .

Read the STS manual at the end it describes how to make your first program.

Good chance you did like I did the first time I ever used it and didnt create a new program, and a new keygroup for the sample first...

If you are on a Mac you need to name the wav files with a .wav at the end. DOS style naming. Otherwise it won't load. On PC:s this is default naming convention but is not on the Mac.
