Empty project default scope 5.0

Hi, I would like to save a new default empty project on scope software v.5.0 how should I do? Thanks!

set\settings\projects\save project as default.

"save project as startup" is for the project that Scope opens with.
"save project as default" is for the project that opens when you click on file\new.
