I'd like to ask to Samplitude users if updates are, like for cubase(199 + 50 € every 2 years !), really expensive ?
I plan to change daw since years and it might be the right opportunity !

I must say that Samplitude is not on the top of best daw over internet... (I don't know how / who the placing is done)

But it seems nice with inbedded melodyne essential + Zplane 3. For 130€, I believe I'll get a daw that offers much more than cubase.

If there is anyone who knows cubase & samplitude, here, and who has time to write a little comparaison review, it would be great !

I'm watching tons of Samplitude vieos review, tutorials and it looks nice ! Especially the zplane tuning in objects + melodyne. Now, I'm trying to see if supports midi plugins.

I will call them, in Germany people hate credit cards. The regular bank card is without credit is the best way to avoid the very famous depth trap.

I don't think it does.
I must admit I have never had the need to use Midi Plugs when using Sam, so maybe they are hidden away somewhere.
My understanding is Sam tracks maybe audio or midi upfront, but are all audio at the insert/send stages.
Happy to be proven wrong!!

Does this offer also work for germans ? I cannot see the offer when switching to german language.

1) It seemed enough obvious to me !! A lot of web site don't accept paypal.

2) People make confusion between credit cards and bank card. They are completly different ! A credit card allows you to pay something with money you may not have and the bank will hold you interests you'll have to pay later. A bank card allow people to pay for what they are buying instead of going to take money at the bank everyday. If you don't have money at the bank, you won't be allow to buy anything. Exactly like real money.

3) If people prefer to have money in the pocket and go to the bank everyday to full it, or hide the money under his garden floor, it's ok for me ! I have nothing wrong with cash ! I even have got some in my pocket to buy bred or having a coffe ! But personnaly, I live in country side and going to the bank = 15 x 2 km !

The samplitude site asks for bank card, like visa or master, not a credit card. And yes, Marco should contact them and ask if there is not another way to buy there products with cheque or sending them money with some postal way. The promo is up to 4th january.

Indeed, after a lot of research, I didn't find any info about midi plugins.
