Just got the V7 update and installed it - when I double click the Icon to load up the SC software I get a box saying -
Cannot start software because board(s) or driver not properly installed. Please check installation,
When I click OK I get another box saying -
Cannot gain access to the SCOPE hardware
PLEASE HELP

Try re-install sofware - over the top / or un-install then re-install / re-start - make sure you have the correct software for Xite or PCI cards - 32 bit or 64 bit - Just mess around till it works.
If you have Xite make sure power is on before computer is booted - just ideas and messing around till it works -

sounds like the drivers did not install and the older drivers are still in place.

I deleted the 5.1 driverfile in windows\system32\drivers\ and solved that part of the problems of the upgrade.garyb wrote:sounds like the drivers did not install and the older drivers are still in place.
