is there a module that can raise polyphony of synths with assigned knob?

no, that functionality CAN be built into a synth, but there is no way to do it once a device has been released without that feature.

Old Celmo synths did this IIRC.

Good idea especially if Unison mono to 8 voice poly can be used.
