Cards and STDM cable

Hi !

I have one question about connection between cards with Stdm cable.
I have connection between 2 x Pulsar 2 and Luna II with Stdm cable and
one between 2 Pulsars.
Is it necessary to have connected second cable between those 2 Pulsars or
is enough with one Stdm cable between 2 Pulsars and Luna II.
I attached simple picture, like i have connection now.
2 x stdm cable :
1st = 2 x Pulsar 2 and LunaII (connection between 3 cards)
2nd = 2 x Pulsar (connection between Pulsars).

Why i'm asking is , cause i have second computer with Luna II installed and now i'll purchase another Luna II card, so i'll need one Stdm cable.

Only use STDM cables on ALL cards. So if you have a Luna card, you only use one STDM cable - no matter what the other cards are.

you go by the smallest card so if the luna only has one stdm port then you use 1 cable to go across the 3 cards

i have 2 systems a 36dsp and a 27 dsp

the 36 uses 2 cables

the 27 uses one cable now but used to use 2 cables but using only one i have not noticed any difference in performance with just using the single cable
