Luna, STS5000 with logic, can I get effects live?

I'm trying to set up my sts-5000 with logic's mixer. Mabe I'm stoopid but I can't get the DX/VST/Logic plugins to work.

This is what i do:
1.First i set up all my sts outputs in the EASI inputs + EASI output to sound out.
2.Second I set all the audio to "armed" (REC) and Rec the midi channels I've choosen.

I get sound out and everything, but when I start setting up an effect with DX/VST/Logic plugins, I get no effect out of it.
I tried to set the effects on the main output and this works! I can't understand what's wrong.... Has anybody got a clu??

You should be able to do this without arming rec. in Logic.
You use a Track called Audio Input Object.

That's what i do and i mix everything in Logic with effects and everything.
The Pulsar synths coming in live via ASIO input.
