classic(unbalanced) plate, convert to plus(balanced) plate??

Before asking at the buy-selling topics if there is any PLUS i/o plate available to buy,
I would like to ask if there is a way for converting a "classic" (unbalanced) plate circuit to a "plus" (balanced) plate.

Just buy a behringer ada 8000 adat interface, then you have 8 ins and 8 outs un and balanced connections
:wink: out and about for music production. Are you still configguring your Studio :lol: music first!
