You mean, there´s hope for my Scope 5.1 / Xite-1 keys too this week ?
It would be hard for me to wait until Musikmesse is over, you know.
Even w/ your excellent help, Gary,- there is no progress and it was impossible to call S|C support during last week and as it was the week before.
There´s simply no one near the phone it seems.

Nope, I guess first they were recovering from NAMM, and now they are preparing for Messe (and after that, recovering from Messe and then preparing for the next show and so on.... )

Well, hope you and bud get them soon. If not before the show then soon after.

as promised, i've escalated the issue.

the staff is just too small to handle the trade show and all of the v4 and Noah keyfile requests that come in. if an order falls throught the cracks, it gets mixed in with those old keyfile requests and when the time to deal with all this gets short, well... the thing is, that it is a customer service issue that's very important. i am well aware of this, and i'll do my best to clear all the loose ends up.

Thanks Gary. I totally understand they are small and very busy working on new stuff. If I were them I'd prefer to spend time on Scope 6 instead of transfering keys as well. Maybe they should get an intern just to do all the key requests so they can focus on the important stuff
