My tip is Call them at +49 (0) 2241 301 9557 between 0900 and 1200, and tell them your story.

PS. It's good to see S|C advertising the SDK and Guitar-amp-sims, etc. In the past many of SCOPE's strenghths where'nt adveertised and people had to dig more for such info. The advertisement is more complete now. It even explains how to use SCOPE with your sequencer of choice. Thumbs up to Sonic Core for being more informative.

Gary (B ?) answered with a mail last week ( 6 days ago) ,
i sent him proof of my purchase (i received a bill from SC February 9 for something i bought and never recieved January 10)
i sent to Gary one of my scope Serial
And .... nothing, no news since last week

Gatam is a patient man.
I understand the frustration.
This happens with mega-revolution sales, etc. That's why I avoid them.
NI did this with a pre order that took 2 months, so I have learned to avoid such sales.
But then again if it's something I really need and the price is right, what the Hell.

for those who think i was just and only angry, i copy / past a part of last mail i wrote to gary

but because i think i m perhaps not the only one in this situation, and something like that is not very nice for SC notoriety.
i like these products a lot (i have my first card since 2000 or 2001) and i don't want to see SonicCore disappear because of users desertion.
How could i recommend SonicCore product to friends or client if i have experience like this, no answer, no mail, nothing during one month
How could i know there's nothing wrong with my order, and they are just busy ? (nothing in my spam folder, i check it and search in it for these sonicCore serials every week)

I've been waiting for someone at SC to pick up my request for a keys transfer for a couple of weeks now. Seems they really are busy....
