midi cc to hz range

hello people

i want to control with midi cc a constantfreq module but the range is 0-127 and i want to control hz range (put 10.88 hz)

any advice?

can i use syncadder or intadder to give me the 10.88 ?
because cc 06 is 9.28 hz , witch is the one to use?
is there any module that can show me output value?
