I'm using 2 pulsar2 cards and a pulsar2 srb with s/tdm cable.
I'm using a sync plate also, 2 pulsar cards are connected with 2 A16 ultra converter.
All works fine, but one of the pulsar2 card's adat dest A port doesn't work. dest B is OK, only dest A has problem.
I couldn't fine any strange things in scope v5.1 application. And I can see the red light at optical port in I/O plate.
All looks fine but the converter can't lock its signal. What is the problem and solution in my case?
Help me please...

that's pretty hard to say. it could be the cable or the converter or the adat port. did you try using some compressed air to clean the port? is the converter really set to slave? if you connect the cable and converter that are working on the other port, do they work on the one you are having trouble with?
it's unlikely, but possible that the card's adat port is bad. if that's the case, probably only S|C can fix it, if they can. in that case, you'd have to ask support for repair.
