I will order 3-4 MOBOs at once and finally under the weekend test in which one i can get best IRQ non-sharing environment. The following are in the game:

Hmm, i see you have a socket 1156 motherboard there... the rest is 1366 so you either have to scrap the P55D from the list or get an extra CPU

Solved! In Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD4 I was able to comfortable assign 3 different IRQs to sound card depending which PCI slot hold the card:

It seems that GA-EX58-UD4 have more flexible architecture that X58A-UD5 when it comes to IRQ assignments. I don't know if there is any 'Mobo that works well with S|C sound card' post in the forum, but this is my small contribution so that people knows that...
