Ultra133 is really a gimmic, you will not notice any improvement over ATA100 or 66
but it can "burst" a bit faster (133 = all of PCI badwidth) so there would be nothing left for your card. If you have a 2mb cache the cache will try and fill at full speed and your pulsar will be left with no bandwidth.
What are you using now? if its i8xx then I would not reccomend it.
