Then, I suppose it's a never ending story......

I'm still running on a 2-y.o. PIII 700Mhz / 512MB and am quite content (though would be much happier with a faster one). The thing is, I still like my tripleBOARDII and will never part with it, so, I can't use boards without an ISA slot.

I would rather see a SCOPE/Pulsar 3 that has an on-board DDR RAM with multiple TigerSHARC DSPs! I think today's P4 PCs are adequate enough for hosting CW's cards. Heck, even my P3 is quite the performer that it is!

There's my 2cents...

That's a communications chip not nearly as suitable for audio, as far as I was reading...
