Midi 2xCC router

Hi all SDK user is possible make little midi device for me ?

2x cc (specialy 0 and 1 controller) reroute to any other controllers - this device for me Nintendo DSKaoss XY (use only 0 and 1 cc output) controller.

Since the DS Kaoss comes in over your host OS, why not use something like http://www.midiox.com/ ? Also, maybe your native sequencer has the option to map one CC# to another?

CC# 1 is common for modwheel, so that's easily doable, but CC# 0 is odd: it's commonly reserved for Bank Select, ie. to change preset bank
