Gate/Audio Gate to Midi Note

is there such a module anywhere? I would need one that can make a midi note from an audio trigger (the trigger goes from 0 to 1 everytime a treshhold is surpassed) but my synthesizer does have no cv inputs, so i have to trigger its filters (wanna creat a modfilter) with a midi note...source is a drumloop which is fed to the extin of the synth...)

furthermore a cv to cc converter would be nice, since I have a second signal from the drumloop which is kind if an envelope follower, If some modular device could translate it to CC messages I could make a filter frequency follow the envelope of the drumloop, nice similar feature..

maybe someone can start something with this info ^^
