They are lucky, they can batch it.  Imagine, 3rd party developpers have to do each card registered device manually 
  One guy told me it takes about 1 or 2 hours to prepare one device per customer.
They should really allow way more developpers to sell in the shop! Cos CW has the original keys, they could batch it for them, thus saving each developper a whole lot of precious time. Oh well, who am I... there may be lots of other things I don't see and which may cause them to rarely accept 3rd party devices in their shop...

Wow, with two word posts like that I'll be a guru in no time.
Another useful snippet of news for you all,
It seems I was right about batch processing, Volker over at creamware forums, said that it has indeed been active since Friday, updating the keys in alphabetical board order they are up to RY now, they reckon it will be finished by this evening. Its running slowly as to not distrubt the creamware shop.
