3.1 (delay) Announcement

I found this on the creamware forums dated today:

"Hi,

we fixed a lot of bugs of the beta within the last weeks, but we found some more so we decided to delay the release for another two weeks.

I am sorry you have to wait again, but it is defintely worth it. Thanks for your understanding.

Good to know that creamware stills exists

I just hope 3.1 is really absolutely bug-free when released...

As a programmer, I can tell you, software this complex is *never* bug-free.

You just have to hope that the bugs aren't too noticeable

I'm very grateful that -

a) They found the bugs before releasing

and

b) They are choosing the fix these rather release 3.1 with the bugs still present.

Or it could be another three "undocumented features" arriving

But I like the way CW are doing this. Not overhyped, careful, attentive. They're even letting us know what's going on !

And although I'm eager to see what 3.1 brings I'm 100% satisfied with the way Pulsar 3.01 is running on my new XP P4. (Of course I know there are bugs that are driving others mad)
