A PDF with Prodyssey's midi CC map :)
4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.

The only really annoying thing about Plugiator is the absence of the "number of voice" selector: so in Prodissey U have only 2 options:
- monophonic mode
- polyphonic mode (the plugin sets itself at the max polyphony available related to the patch complexity)

but it lacks of the "ARP Odissey mode" with 2 voice (without entering the matter, already note, of the bug of the Prodyssey duophonic mode...)
4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.

I have the same kind of limitation with the NOAH.
The number of voices can be reduced in the NOAH by using a multi.
Then the least polyphonic Prodyssey provide 3 voices.

That is one of the point where Plugiator ASB/Klnagbox and NOAH are not as flexible as a synth plug-in used in Scope.
But there is a turnaround: combine a Plugiator and a Scope system.
I just use my NOAH and Plugiator as extra DSP power !!!
The DSP power provided by the NOAH Ex is similar to stacking one pulsar I + one pulsar II board (actually 10 DSP in the NOAH of the same model as the one used on Scope boards). The Plugiator seem to provide almost the DSP power of a NOAH (looking at the DSP spec, you get 10x the DSP power of an "old" Scope DSP with the unique DSP used on the Plugiator). I said almost because, with the NOAH Ex, I can reach 23 voices of polyphony with the LightWave in single mode. The polyphony available for the MINIMAX/PRO12/PRODYSSEY is the same on both systems though.
I really would be interested in a 4 voices multimode update for the Plugiator with a way to "limit" the polyphony of each plug-in...

this is only true if the plugin is optimized for SIMD processing, which is a specific code option of the new Sharcs. Needs complete rebuilding of the device.
Otherwise you'll get just the performance increase by the higher clock rate, which is 5 times (afaik)

cheers, Tom

There should have been some optimization as you can get the same polyphony on a Minimax/Pro12/Prodyssey on both the Plugiator (1 single 10x power ADSP 21363) as on the NOAH Ex (10 "old ADSP 21065L). The only difference I see is about the LightWave (12 notes polyphony on the Plugiator whereas 23 were available on the NOAH).

And you get also the same polyphony as with the ASB/Klangbox which provide 2 x ADSP 21265 DSP...

purchase the Use Audio Pluggiator and receive a voucher to download a FREE Pro-12 Plug-in - a $39 value!
So apparently the Pro-12 is now valued at $39 by Use Audio.

Use Audio Policy is to keep the plug-in price low:

359 € / 449 $ for the Plugiator Unit with 4 plugs included (Minimax, B3000, Lightwave, Vocodizer)

255 € / 399 $ for the ASX board version of the Plugiator

25 € / 39 $ for 1 extra plug

79 € / 99 $ for the 4 plug-in extension bundle (Pro 12 + Prodyssey + FMagia + Drum'n'Bass)

This would just mean the price you paid for a full bundled Plugiator (with all 8 plugs activated) is 440 € / 550 $:
- 80€ / 100$ for the first set of 4 plugs
- 80 € / 100 $ for the second set of 4 plugs
- 180 € / 300 $ (!!!) for the ASX board without any plug (which is the one available on board of the Plugiator housed in a desktop unit including a simplified user interface)
- 100 € / 50 $ (!!!) for the box with its controllers and user interface.

But, the limitation IS: you can use just 1 plug at a time (with a DSP power equivalent to one virtual 10-DSP scope board). You can just load one instance of each plug. So you do not get something as flexible as what you can have in Scope.

The former policy of CreamWare about Noah plug-in was to provide the plug for the NOAH at half the price of the SCOPE ones.
