System main Sampling frequency does not works anymore!

hi Everyone

Right now i have a serious problem over the scope... i think it is the seriousest happened to me with scope platform.

Simply that: when i launch scope and i check over sampleratesettings there is no main samplerate freq (Iuse 44.100 khz) there are just 2 scores!!!!
What a luck!!!!!!

As well i tried to unistall and reinstall everything i work with: windows, logic, scope;
i tried also to screw computer cleaning 2 cards cleasing pci slot cleaning sdtm cable...in few words i did all possible i knew...

If you took out the cards and its still not working then 1 card is prolly broke..most usually the voltage regulator breaks.(the big black part at the end of the card) I would check it with 1 card at a time then may send it in for repair.

i dont know whats happend (maybe like Fluxpod said there is something wrong on bottom hardware part of card ) but it is working again i think by a false contact insde itself i dont know i dont want to know.
Therefore you can easly think problem it has been solved but im going to post another topic about an horrible bug releted to post-system samplerate problem in xtc.......

This is a normal thing that happens.
Could be anything from drivers to the seating of the card.

I have some time ago the same samplerate viev led red on with no samplerate frequency,the cause was one capacitor broken for error mountig the card in the slot,the capacitor are in the output card,I have replace the capacitor and the problem is finished,probabily is one capacitor with problem in hte output dagerboard,try with news one
