It would be nice if S|C could change their attitude about bugfixes and updates to devices. It would be great to see updates like "Modular 3.02 version released with preset bug fixes" etc for free, instead of one monolithic Modular III final product never to be updated again.
This would be more in-line with industry standards and would help if Sonic|Core want to gain and retain new customers with XITE.

hifiboom, mccy or emphazer... did you happen to have a closer look on what laptops the xite was running???
brand, processor, maybe even more info as ram or whatever? Four years ago I had a PC laptop and for a magma chassis I know it was important to have the texas instruments PCMCIA type cardbus. I haven't really been keeping myself up-to-date when it comes to PC hardware... Are there the same things to keep in mind with current technology?
