"We have totally rewritten Scope"!
There will also be new devices, they are thinking about how to bundle them...
AND: There is a new Asio-Driver on the way...
We've heard rumors of this sort before. I'm not saying you're lying, but please forgive me if I retain a healthy dose of skepticism. Until Messe or some other announcement from SC, I'm not going to get my hopes up too much.
However...there is something I do remember...CreamWare WAS working on new software and OSX drivers before they went bankrupt in 2003...perhaps SC is trying to complete old, unfinished updates...or, maybe it is all new!
I just got Vista. I like it. It seems more pro. Now when I use Windows XP, I feel like I'm going back in time, as if I am using Windows 98 again. Vista is good. I went to burn a DVD today, no problem, The DVD burning software was integrated into the OS so I didn't have to look for it. There are many things I see every time I use it which makes it simpler to use than XP.

GaryB set up my newest DAW w/ the 3GB PAE Switch for XP32. I am using 3.2GB's of RAM out of a total of 4GB's of DDRII-800 CL4 RAM.
Just ran into these switches on Windows Server 2003 (32-bit) and there I got from 3.25GB of memory usage to 4GB by using both /3GB and /PAE. Just in case you could extend your memory as well.

Somebody said to me that the new drivers would not be compatible with the current plugs as minimax, prodissey etc. it is true?
Sonic Core Luna II + Pulsar II scope v5.1.2709-x64, Cubase 9.0.20 (64), Pro Tools 12.7, Wavelab element 9 (64), windows 8.1 pro (64), Asus P6T 18Go RAM core i7 920, SSL Duende Native - Lexicon PCM Reverb Bundle - Waves - Sonnox
no.
the driver is the least of the platform. a driver only lets the hardware commmunicate with the os. the plugins are code that runs on the dsps, which has nothing to do with the driver.
what you heard is that a certain plugin package from a chinese distributor won't run on v5. this is true.
