pitch bend?

Hi,
I'm not a synth expert, just starting to mess around with modular a bit. I understand that pitch bend isn't sent as a midi message because of the 128 steps but as an nrpn (or is it an rpn?) with over 16,000 steps, makes sense to me. But is there a way to get a good pitch bend on the modular, or a way to control it with the pitch bend wheel on my synth? If nothing exists for this, is it possible to design a mod for it? (for you SDK guys out there)
I can hook up a pitch mod and get it working with a bipolar constant val, and affect the pitch, with a midi message, simple enough, but can we get it working like a regular synth?

theres a 'pwr' knob on the MVC module - turn it up & pitchbend will work...i think thats what you mean anyway.
