For my own personal use, I wouldn't even consider a sequencer without ASIO since Creamware's ASIO driver is the best for low latency and lots of tracks (up to 64!) and is also working at 24bits. So that leaves Nuendo, FruityLoops, Cubase, and Logic (any that I missed?)
