Ultra A16 accept unbalance signal input or only balanced signal ?

Most balanced equipment will accept unbalanced inputs if wired correctly.
For example an unbalanced signal cable to 3 pin xlr connector would be wired -
shield pin 1
Hot pin 2
Then pin 3 of the xlr connector tied to pin 1

Yes it accepts unbalanced fine. The only thing to be careful of is when you connect the balanced out from the A16 to an unblanced input of another device. The A16 manual explains the correct way to do this. (It has to do with the balanced out's of the A16 NOT being fully floating)
