Help with Scope Software removal

Post by Tkay »

Can anyone help me with how to go about removing the scope software completely from my computer. I've taken out the card. I don't see anything in Add/Remove Programs so I'm confused.

When I try and load GigaStudio, it is still looking (and getting) a Scope error. I have a job in which I need GigaStudio and I can't spend any more time trying to get it to work with the Pulsar card.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks,
Thomas

There should be an uninstall icon under the SCOPE menu in your start menu. try that.

Does the Pulsar Card have to be installed for that to work? Thanks.

ahhhh yes... the standard practice for removing ANY hardware would be to remove all the software and drivers FIRST..... then pull the card out.....
