intel P5 VD2X motherboard does it work for a scope 6 dsp?

Hello,

the old motherboard P4 531J died and now in a rush the computershop tells me then can put an intel P5 VD 2X.

does this work well with my 6 dsp project card?

any reaction is welcome. for me its just a mystery whether this will work. used the search here for the mentioned board but did not find it. there used to be a topic about motherboards that were working with scope.
