a more suitable Deesseur

just one with a range of freq selectable, why not with a little scope to monitor the boring freq...

cause for the while i get better result using the standard comp triggered by the side chain loaded by the filtered boring freq...and it take me too much time/ressources to setup the 2 separate devices (31band EQ+comp).

so...

Why is the SCOPE deesser in mono btw?

because originally and typically spoken it's in the channel chain of a vocal recording, and most humans are mono...
Compare Wavelength' ChannelOne strip :-)

which frees DSP also :-)
for stereo you could see if MOVEQ could do the job, not sure tho.

As of now i sidechain a limiter/compressor with a PEQ4. It does the job, but a real Deesser would be very handy. :)

bx_digital does the job pretty good, even if it's a bit overdose for deessing purposes only :D

hi,

for our new plugins suite, we are making a good deesser and a good "anti pop" mono and stereo (i don't know how to translate "anti pop" in english.) maybe on the same device.
but ,they won't be freeware.

I was curious how long it would take for you to discover this thread... :)
(since you already announced that on your website, and also here in the forum)

and I think it's called "plop killer" (at least the "hardware version", to be mounted in front of a microphone. you know, the metal ring wearing tights :D ).
but ,they won't be freeware.
of course :)
some estimations already?

yes, and since music is noise, too, a simple way (if not the most simple way at all) of noise reduction is:
faders down! :D

for non broadcasting plugins,we have decided to practice only one price from the beginning so...i don't know why we could change this :-) (maybe if our new president won't be the one i will vote for  ) french joke :-)
another info : a new comp without using cw comp atom or cw comp module from sdk
