Hi,
Following on from an earlier post : http://www.planetz.com/phpBB2/viewtopic ... highlight=
I have now confirmed that I have a problem with my Luna card and NOT my motherboard.
Where do I send it for repair? What is the approximate turnaround time? Anything else I need to know?
Note: I am in Australia
Thanks,
Mondo

I am the original purchaser of the Luna Card....but it's been a while. Can you describe an RMA? What exactly am I looking for? I have kept all the original paperwork etc so I must have it (whatever it is).
I have had no success whatsoever in getting local Creamware reps to even forward me information about this matter. (In Brisbane Australia)
So I guess I will ship it overseas. I want to make sure that I don't lose it in the mail..so any advice is welcome.
Thanks
Neil

an RMA number is simply to avoid the mess that would happen if everyone worldwide would send in some gear

as Gary wrote, contact Ralf (rb at the same adress), so he can file the case. you can trust in him, he's very helpful and will arrange anything that's possible (as long as it makes sense...)
cheers, Tom
