It's enough substance to request your ip adress, provider, customer data etc and send you an 'Abmahnung' (sorry, no translation for that german nonsense available) which you will have to pay.
Anyway, what do think would happen if I'd start to 'just quote' a certain German known as 'the Führer' on this site - or elsewhere...

I just mean - better safe than sorry, it has nothing to do with freedom of press or so.
Btw it's a nice example that Google isn't the ultimate truth as it may fail on it's own strength.
The current case is mostly 'hidden' by established rankings of the previous one
