Would this be a good deal?

I'm looking to expand my Pulsar I setup with some extra DSP and I/O. I found a second hand Powersampler + Luna 2496 I/O box for 500 Euro (about $440,-). Would this be a good deal? I've tried looking up prices for this new, but couldn't really find much.

The LunaBox is 500€ new. So you get the Powersampler for free

Only thing is, I already have the STS3000 (as part of the propack) so if I get the powersampler, I have an extra STS3000 reg key? Can I sell that seperately? I think I saw something about selling plugins here and it was a pretty long and complicated process.

Complicated but doable... I bought my STS and mod2 from Marcus. It took a week (or more?) of perseverence to go through the process but it worked. With the reply delay at cw now, it may be a bit more laborious though...
