Pro-12 Windows software freezing

I find that the Pro-12 Windows software freezes constantly. I run it on Windows XP and connect my PC to the Pro-12 ASB using USB. Usually within 2 minutes of editing on the "Add" page, the software freezes and the CPU goes to 100%. Does anyone else have this problem?
