How to get the Flexor software

I just purchased Flexor this morning. Until now I haven't received the confirmation email from Flexor so I can download the software from the download section. Any ideas what to do ?

The problem is, that I can't download the installation package. The authorization key was availabe right after the purchase.

Creamware Shop just provides you the key, the packages must be downloaded from adern

Yes I know that. The problem is that you have to register and to complete the registration you have click on a link in the confirmation email you get from Flexor. But this confirmation email isn't send...

make sure you have your key first.

I see 4 new accounts from you, and none are confirmed. There's most likely either a problem with the email address from the server end (assuming it's correct, I see a few variations), or the reg links is being caught with anti-spam software on your end. If you'll give me another email address (pm me or whatever) I'll try updating the RogerZ account and sending the confirmation email account. Also note that with most modern forums you can request your confirmation be resubmit from an account once it's created, so it's not necessary to create multiple accounts.

I'll have to check back later tonight once I get where I'm going, have a 4 hour trip to a gig. It's possible red might see this too and handle it first, who knows.

I see ali posted while I was on the phone. Is that the 1.5 release on the creamware website? I have to confess I've yet to check that package.

Thanks for your help. At least the email acccount regarding my private email address does not have a spam filter (my account at the office do). Regarding the software on the creamware ftp side: I called creamware and they told me that this is not the real release (size is only about 1k).

I tried it again now using a freemail account and it worked. But now I have another problem wich I will discuss in another section...
