I'd like to sign in (for a regular price then  ), but my 12 sharcs are not enough to load it into a 'normal' project of mine (with STM 24/48 and plugs, not synths).
But the temptation is always there, so I support the move to get Him back

When CWA will ever support OSX (not logical at all, but I debase for even blackmailing), you can put me on the list, hard promise!

Can you still buy this? - is it finished enough to be useable or has bugfixing stopped as well.

the P100 plate reverb ?
of course, but the last 4 people tried to convince Warp69 to release the painfully missed Hall algorithm for Scope.
2 of them are willing to pay twice the price of his previous plugin - not exactly what Marlon Brando would offer, but at least worth a try...

that about Warp's reputation - I may repeat (as already mentioned) that I recently had someone on the phone who talked about Warp with the deepest respect regarding his talent and way of work.

honestly, get his stuff as long as supplies last

cheers, Tom

If warp stops development on Scope completely the platform is loosing one of its best plug-in developers. Thats sure

This is sad.

I love the CSR by the way...

And as I will use the Pulsars in Standard mode, I won`t be able to put on the CSR over the Creamware synths...

Even more sad.... Hopefully masterreverb is good, too

All that copyprotection, algo protection really isn`t too good for the end user....

We could have Quantec QRS on this platform, but they also were afraid of being copiied...

Q @warp: Is it really that dangerous that the algo will be stolen?

Just ordered 2 used Scope Projects on ebay...
mostly because of the synth emulations that seem to sound more authentic to my ears than the VSTi counterparts...

So I am soon also a Creamware user...

Hopefully a satisfied one....

of course you did work hard on the algorithms. We all can hear that it was hard work.

The question was more if the risk of steeling the algo is there and realistic, or if you just do not release the hall algo due to an IK license agreement.

Anyways, I`ll probably get a used PCM91 in the future which can be easily integrated with SCOPE... It will be a little bit more expensive but features about 8 algos or so and may sound even closer to the Lexicon sound because it is one.

hahaha
LOL

Its quite funny...
With all that VST rumble going on the real hardware can be afforded for very good prices over ebay... becuase many think they don`t need it anymore...

So I will try get back some of the better hardware.

But as being a student I am quite ruined in money-terms.
That Scope cards and CSR-1 just killed my budget for this year.

Maybe I should rob a bank.

It has nothing do with IK licens agreement - the risk is very real. Would it be possible to diassembler CSR - ofcourse. The real question is - where is the biggest risk?

I love hardware, but I would demo the Lexicon PCM91 before buying.

thanks Warp for your direct and clear answer...

There may be still hope that you will change your mind in furture ...

I hope your work is honored much with many sellings on the CSR-1 as I think it is the best VST reverb out there.

Your are right that I should demo the hardware before buying... I did this often, but mostly it doesn`t help to much, as you need to work with the tools in your own environment over a week or so to fully capture the soundcharacter and possibilities, .....

thanks anyway its nice to see developers with open ear on the user scene....
