Bought Vintage Bundle EQ but no keys arrived.

I just bought the Vintage EQ Bundle from DigitalAudioSoft, but Creamwares has not give me the keys to unlock the software.
The e-mails says after a few minutes, but I'm still waiting from 6 hours.
What I have to do now?
My credit card is charged but I have no keys on my creamware's personal page.
Thanks for any advice.
