sample start modulation

What I am dying for is a modified sample oscillator for modular where I could control the starting point of the sample by mean of a modulation input.

for example, if the modulation value is 0, the sample will start at the begining, at 50 it will start at the middle...

This is something I've wanted since day one! But I have never found anything in the Scope SDK that allows this sample manipulation.

Maybe if Adern creates a new sample playback modules from new, he can address this....
