Quarter tones module

I would realy like to see a dev which I could connect to any synth which would allow me to detune certain notes of a scale.
This would allow me to create multiple ethnic scales.

Ive posted this wish before and there was quite abit of feedback but noone really followed up on it

If it can by done in modular, I certainly don't know how to do it.

You could do it internally of you transform the audio signal to play at the required frequency.
