Actually for a mastering EQ, this device is very cheap. Compare it to the high end Sonic Timeworks CPU-based EQ:

So really I don't think there's any need to moan about the price on this one

Shroomz - I think CW takes around 25%. Sure this is a fair chunk but actually for distributor costs (the CW shop effectively distributes the plugins, handles CC payments etc) it's very cheap. For a software company to get a boxed software product into stores, they supply it to distributors at around 30-50% of the retail price, if they're lucky. In many cases they have to take a lot less.
