Creamware Support Number

Hiya

I have purchased the upgrade online for the Scope 4.5 package last week and am still waiting on my allkeys file to be submitted to me from Creamware. I have emailed them several times asking the status of my order but no reply be email.

I have also tried to get hold of them in Germany but the number quoted on their website does not connect from the UK.

Can someone tell me which number I should be ringing for help (I live in the UK) and maybe if they are in the same boat with regards to waiting for their upgrade.

Did you try this one. I don't know if it is the right one but it is on the order form for non credit card holders.
