What is the best setting for PCI latency time in te BIOS,32,64,128 ??
Minor values as minor latency??

It all depends but... background info here:

And so on. So probably the best advice is to make sure that the running latency of your graphics card is not maxed...

I think 64 or 128 are popular default settings. But again, you probably need to dig into what the actual running values are if you are trying to solve a problem.

i have set to minimun values 32,no probelm here,2 power pulsar and one scope srb,whit mix card exaple scope and 2 pulsar2 some problem of pci raach,whit 3 scope card nothing problem of PCI bus,I'm very happy

It is kind of cool. If I crank my video card down to 32, I get one more MasterVerb Pro loadable. So it definitely can help.
