"XTC Plug-In Patch for Pulsar v3.01
If you'd like to use optional Pulsar/SCOPE plug-ins in the XTC mode, you will need this patch. Just run the Setup.exe and install the OXE file of the plug-in afterwards."

This function is for releases comming soon?
Whith actual devices (*.oxe -files) there is no new device in the vst-plugin-folder!

If you buy devices in the creamware shop you'll see that there is no more remark saying that they are not 'XTC-compatible', so i suppose they meen new devices from the shop.
