Switchable Insert rack

Is it possible to create an effects rack that will allow me to change order of effects routing easily by numbering or by dragging.
Say if I want phaser before compressor,I can just change the number to 1 or drag the phaser to the compressor slot.

afair spacef did another one with six slots and then there's a freely configurable (parallel and serial) one with six slots available in a bundle with the MatrixDelay <a href="http://www.worldless.com/sfp/md.html">here</a>.
