So the best option is d865perl... i wonder how fast is it? and i can't find the p4 northwood as i 've read that the prescot cause a lot of heat that will make the scope hung. I have a friend who bought a new pc and he experience crashes which in his words is midi related..., any advice is welcomed i really want a system like the pIII i have for 5-6 years... I have to see my computer hung for 2 years as i can remember...

3ghz+ northwood is preferred, but i see no reason a prescott won't work, just get a good case and a good cooler. i have excellent results with nvidia dual heads, usually vga brand, they're cheap, under $100 for a 128mb and a never have had any trouble with 'em....

I have a very bad experience with the 865 neo platinum . Three of these motherboards broke down in half a year . The service was terrible en I was out of P.C. for 3 times 4 weeks .
A friend of me did only 2 MSI 865 in half a year .
Now I´m back to ASUS , and I´m wondering why I did ever buy MSI shit .
