Have any of you fabulous brainboxes heard of a virtual audio device using a standard firewire interface that presents a multi-channel audio in and out to Windows? It sounds like mlan but I've never seen a solution that allows two PCs to connect together, only an mlan device to connect to a pc.

The reaon I ask is that I'd like to send multiple audio channels from Gigastudio on one PC to my Scope mixer on my other PC without having to get an ADAT card for the Gigastudio PC. They both have firewire built-in and are connected together via firewire for networking and I really don't want to run Gigastudio on my DAW.

Thanks for any responses to this.

There's a few bits of network audio routing software, like fxteleport.. I seem to remember there's one for Giga but I could be wrong on this.

Any network audio software should be usable with firewire, if it follows TCP/IP protocol.
