how can i synchronize my emu-aps to the pulsarIIplus.Both cards are in different pc's.Cubase and logic should run synchron on each machine.
pc1 Pulsar + cubase
pc2 Emu aps + logic

I don't know the EMU card, but you have to syncronize the digital clock between the 2 cards, chosing wich one will be master and wich one slave. This can be possible through digital connections. Generally when such a connection is made, only one way communication is available, from the master to the slave, so, if you think that what's coming from the EMU should be mixed and integrated in Scope (seems the most logical solution ) you'll set the EMU as digital master.
At this point you must syncronize the 2 sequencers operation. I never did this recently, MTC works well for MIDI apps, I'm not sure it's accurate for Audio sequencers, I think Cubase won't even sync slave to it.
But there is also the ASIO2 sync option, I'm not expert as I don't have such a connection, try a bit what happens....all can be.
Maybe somebody else can give you more hints knowing the sequencers you have...
