Mouse Scroll Button in Modular

Hi
Is there any way to change the way the mouse scroll button behaves inside modular so it moves values by increments of one instead of three?

Have you tried changing XP's default scroll settings for your mouse? If I remember well, that's also on 3 (lines). Maybe SFP follows XP's setting?
That would be the only option I see...
