On my Minimax ASB, when I turn any control knob counter clockwise all the way, the value does not reach 0 (it stops at between 1-4) and I have to "finish" by rotating the value edit knob. When turning the knobs clockwise they all get to 127 at the end of their rotation just like they should.

I just got my Minimax ASB today and after performing a firmware update it gives me an "E1" on startup and makes no sound. I tried both editors, and I tried using MIDI and USB to no avail. I contacted SC support but while I wait for a response is there anything else I can try?
